🔁 5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Items without original packaging

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to pay return shipping charges

  • In case of defective or wrong product, return shipping will be covered by us

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos for quick resolution
